Newly constructed beautiful 2-story housing with over 2000 sq.ft. of living space on a 2-acre lot (1 room on the ground floor; 4 rooms upstairs). Across from the water and the boat launch/pier complimentary for guests of Alibaba’s Getaway. Access to the roof, living room, kitchen, leisure space with a dart board and a tournament size pool table for billiards, ping-pong, and poker games. Front yard free parking. Community parks on the shores, community center/library, fishpond, and Par 3 golf course. Village restaurants and grocery store. Gateway to ancient Mayan culture, archeological sites, House of Culture, nature reserves, and Belize/Mexico Free-Trade Zone. Best combination of the water and the jungle with nearby urban life.

Rooms with A/C and free WiFi internet connection. Fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms on both floors. Kitchens are furnished with a 6-burner gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, complete with all kitchen wares and utensils. 2 Full baths with showers. Dining area seats 8-10 people. Living area has comfortable couches with a T.V. All 5 bedrooms can accommodate 2 people.

The property is in the most reputable expat community, Consejo Shores, 7 miles north of Corozal, across the bay from Chetumal Mexico. Breathtaking natural jungle trees on property; Friendly hosts and neighbors.
